I Bring You - "The Tallahassee Toss"

A not so distance cousin of The Carolina Swoop but equally as disturbing.  I bring you "The Tallahassee Toss".  Just a horrible thing to look at.  Try to imagine the misguided mind and idea that is supposed be cool.  I have only been told of this fashion faux pas but I trust my source and never wish to witness these terrible loafs in person.  You remember that MTV show "Two A Day's"  Your never going to imagine where that took place ..... I'll give you one guess.
